      研究了灌胃中链甘油三酯(MCT)不同时程对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响,并探讨MCT抗疲劳作用的最短有效时间。选取健康雄性昆明小鼠120只,随机分成6组:安静对照组(CC1和CC2)、游泳对照组(SC1和SC2)、3 h组(TH1和TH2)、3 d组(TD1和TD2)、5 d组(FD1和FD2)、7 d组(SD1和SD2),每组20只。每组再随机分成两个小组,每小组10只。1小组小鼠在灌胃相应时程后用于无负重游泳60 min实验,测定无负重游泳60 min后的各生化指标;2小组小鼠在灌胃相应时程后用于负重游泳力竭实验,测定负重游泳力竭时间。结果表明:急性灌胃MCT和短期灌胃MCT均可以显著延长小鼠负重游泳力竭时间,在一定程度上降低BUN含量,增加肝脏GSH含量,且随着灌胃时程的延长,MCT维持血糖和肝糖原含量稳定、降低血清乳酸含量、提高肝脏游离脂肪酸含量的效果越明显。综上所述,急性灌胃MCT 和短期灌胃MCT均可以提高小鼠运动耐力及抗疲劳,且短期灌胃MCT 7 d抗疲劳效果较好。

      Effects of different time courses of gastric perfusion of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT)on the anti-fatigue function in mice were studied, also the shortest effective time of anti-fatigue effect of MCT was discussed.120 healthy male KM mice were randomly divided into six groups:quiet control group (CC1 and CC2), swimming control group (SC1 and SC2), 3 h group(TH1 and TH2), 3 d group(TD1 and TD2), 5 d group(FD1 and FD2)and 7 d group(SD1 and SD2). Each group had 20 mice. Then each group was randomly divided into two groups, and each group had ten mice. The first groups were used for swimming without load for 60 min after the gastric perfusion of MCT for the corresponding time course to measure the biochemical indicators of mice. The second groups were used for loaded-swimming exhaustion after the gastric perfusion of MCT for the corresponding time course to measure the loaded-swimming exhaustion time. The results showed that acute gastric perfusion of MCT and short-time gastric perfusion of MCT could both significantly lengthen loaded-swimming exhaustion time of mice, reduce BUN content to an extend and increase liver GSH content. Besides, with the gastric perfusion time prolonging, the effects of MCT on maintaining stable blood glucose and glycogen content, lowering serum lactate content and improving liver free fatty acid content were more obvious. In conclusion, acute gastric perfusion MCT and short-time gastric perfusion MCT could improve the exercise endurance and anti-fatigue of mice, and the effect of 7 d group was the most obvious.
