| 40年前，从西安会议确定目标及任务以来，用了8年的时间，通过设备的选定型及引进消化吸收工作，狠抓新设备、新工艺、新产品的研制，使我国油脂工艺及设备均达到了国际先进水平，油脂工业得到了突飞猛进的发展。油脂工业战线上的广大职工和科技人员，面向生产实际，在油脂浸出及精炼成套设备试制及完善加工工艺等方面，做出了大量工作，取得了巨大成绩。通过制油设备选定型及标准化工作，油料浸出工艺和设备更加完善，浸出和精炼成套设备的设计和制造能力得到加强，经济指标越来越好，食用植物油的品种越来越多，质量得到极大提高。 |

| Forty years ago, since the goals and tasks were set at Xi’an conference, it took eight years to make our country’s oil technology and equipment reach the advanced international level, and the oil industry develop by leaps and bounds, through the work of equipment’s selection, finalization, introduction, digestion and absorption, and paying attention to the development of new equipment, new technology and new product. Facing the actual production situation, the vast number of workers and technicians in oil industry have done a lot of work in the production of oil leaching and refining complete sets of equipment and perfecting process technology, and have made great achievements. Through the selection and standardization of oil making equipment, the oil leaching process and equipment became more complete, the design and manufacture capacity of the leaching and refining equipment were strengthened, the economic indicators became better and better, the varieties of edible vegetable oil became more and more, and the quality was greatly improved. |
