      以火麻叶为试验材料,采用热回流法提取其中的大麻二酚,对提取工艺条件进行优化。在确定最优提取溶剂的基础上,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析过筛粒径、料液比、提取温度和提取时间4个因素对浸膏得率及浸膏中大麻二酚含量的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:正己烷作为提取溶剂,火麻叶粉过筛粒径20目,料液比1∶?15,提取温度80?℃,提取时间3 h。在最佳工艺条件下,浸膏得率为5.24%,浸膏中大麻二酚含量为46.16 mg/g。

      Using hemp leaves as experimental material,cannabidiol was extracted by hot reflux extraction method, and the extraction conditions were optimized. After determining the optimal extraction solvent, the effect of sieve particle size, material-solvent ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extract yield and content of cannabidiol in the extract were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: n-hexane as extraction solvent, hemp leaves powder sieve particle size 20 meshes, material-solvent ratio 1∶?15, extraction temperature 80?℃ and extraction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the extract yield was 524% and the content of cannabidiol in the extract was 46.16 mg/g.
