| 椰子是一种优质的农产品,既是果品又是油料，新鲜椰肉的含油量高达33%。椰子加工的前期工序椰衣的剥离主要还是人工操作，存在生产效率低和安全隐患，为此设计了一种椰子剥衣机。本机器主要包括升降装置、剥衣装置、椰子旋转装置3部分。升降装置主要用来实现椰子的放取和固定，剥衣装置主要用来控制刀具的进退，椰子旋转装置主要用来旋转椰子，使插入椰子体内的刀具将椰衣剥落。经实验验证，此机器能够提升去除椰衣的效率。 |

| Coconut is a quality agricultural product. It is both fruit and oilseed. The oil content in fresh coconut meat reaches 33%. The pre-processing of coconut-husking was basically manual operated, which existed the shortage of low efficiency and security hidden danger. In order to solve these problems, a coconut husking machine was designed. The machine contained three parts: lifting device, husking device and coconut rotary device. Lifting device was mainly used to take and fix coconut, husking device was used to pierce into the coconut and rotary device was used to rotate the coconut to make the coconut coat torn off with the tool. This machine could improve the efficiency of coconut husking through experiments. |
