为更好地开发利用垂序商陆(Phytolacca americana L.),采用GC-MS分析了其种子油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明:垂序商陆种子油共检测到6种脂肪酸,分别为软脂酸(12.66%)、硬脂酸(29.92%)、油酸(55.00%)、亚油酸(1.05%)、花生酸(1.01%)、芥酸(0.36%),其多不饱和脂肪酸含量极低(<2%),单不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,因此其具有作为生物柴油原料油的潜力。在此基础上,通过单因素实验及正交实验优化垂序商陆种子油制备生物柴油的工艺。得到的最佳工艺条件为反应时间80 min、反应温度50?℃、醇油摩尔比7∶?1、催化剂用量1.1%,此条件下生物柴油转化率为94.6%。因此,垂序商陆种子油是一种开发潜质大的优质植物油脂资源。 |

In order to obtain a better development and utilization for Phytolacca americana L., the fatty acid composition of Phytolacca americana L. seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and there were six kinds of fatty acids detected from Phytolacca americana L. seed oil, including palmitic acid (12.66%), stearic acid (29.92%), oleic acid (55.00%), linoleic acid (1.05%), arachic acid (1.01%) and erucic acid (0.36%), respectively. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acid in Phytolacca americana L. seed oil was very low(<2%), while the monounsatu rated fatty acid was higher,showing a potential for biodiesel material. Then with Phytolacca americana L. seed oil and methanol as materials,the biodiesel preparation process conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows: reaction time 80 min, reaction temperature 50?℃,molar ratio of methanol to Phytolacca americana L.seed oil 7∶?1 and catalyst dosage 1.1%.Under these conditions, the conversion rate of biodiesel was 94.6%. So Phytolacca americana L. seed oil was a kind of high quality plant oil resource with great development potential. |
