      建立了食用油中苯并(a)芘的相转移催化皂化提取前处理方法,并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC-FLD)进行含量检测。结果表明:该方法检出限为0.2 ng/mL,定量限为0.7 ng/mL,苯并(a)芘平均回收率为96.15%~103.2%,相对标准偏差为2.61%~4.96%。该方法具有降低有机溶剂的消耗、降低检测成本、操作简单、检测时间短等优点,符合快速、便捷、准确及灵敏地检测食用油中苯并(a)芘要求。
英文摘要:
      A phase transfer catalyzed saponification pretreatment method for the determination of benzo(a)pyrene in edible oil by high performance liquid chromatography with FLD(HPLC-FLD) was established. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.2 ng/mL, the quantification limit was 0.7 ng/mL, the average recovery was 96.15% - 103.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.61%-4.96%.The method had the advantages of reducing the consumption of organic solvents, reducing detection costs, simple operation, short detection time, etc., and met the requirements for rapid, convenient, accurate and sensitive detection of benzo(a)pyrene in edible oil.
