      在无溶剂条件下利用酸性催化剂4-十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)催化β-谷甾醇与亚麻酸酯化合成β-谷甾醇亚麻酸酯,通过单因素试验和响应面法优化了酯化反应条件,并采用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明,最佳酯化反应条件为反应温度76 ℃,反应时间12 h,醇酸摩尔比1∶ 1.7,DBSA用量16%。在最佳条件下,β-谷甾醇转化率高达97.55%。红外光谱测试结果表明目标产物成功合成,实现了低温化学法合成β-谷甾醇亚麻酸酯。
英文摘要:
      An acid catalyst 4-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) was used to catalyze the esterification of β-sitosterol and linolenic acid to synthesize β-sitosterol linolenic acid esters under solvent free conditions. The optimal reaction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results showed the optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 76 ℃, reaction time 12 h, molar ratio of β-sitosterol to fatty acid 1∶ 1.7 and DBSA dosage 16%. Under the optimal conditions, the conversion rate of β-sitosterol was up to 9755%. The infrared spectroscopy test showed that the target product was successfully synthesized, and the synthesis of β-sitosterol linolenic acid esters at low temperature was feasible.
