China Oils and Fats (once known as Oils and Fats Industry, Oils and Fats Science and Technology), founded in 1976, is an important periodical in the oils and fats industry under the supervision of COFCO Engineering Science and Technology Company Limited and the sponsorship of COFCO Engineering Science and Technology (Xi'an) International Engineering Company Limited, which is open to public at home and abroad. In 1986, when Oils and Fats Branch was established, it was decided to change “Oils and Fats Science and Technology” into “China Oil and Fats” as the journal of Oils and Fats Branch. Until December 2021, 46 volumes and 370 issues have been published.
