| 邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类塑化剂在塑料工业中应用最为广泛,因其具有脂溶性而易污染食用植物油。PAEs具有致癌性和发育毒性,长期摄入会对人体健康造成危害。为促进食用植物油中PAEs类塑化剂的防控,综述了食用植物油中PAEs类塑化剂的污染来源、防控方法、脱除方法和检测技术。食用植物油中PAEs类塑化剂的污染来源主要有油料污染、生产加工污染和包装污染。对于食用植物油中PAEs的污染防控,需从原料管控、生产加工防控和包装规范入手,并重点介绍了环保类塑化剂(如柠檬酸酯类塑化剂、对苯类塑化剂、环己烷二酸酯类塑化剂和环氧植物油类塑化剂等)的替代应用。物理吸附法、分子蒸馏法和溶剂萃取法可以脱除食用植物油中PAEs。食用植物油中PAEs检测的前处理方法有液液萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取,常用检测方法包括气相色谱法、气相色谱质谱联用法、高效液相色谱法和液相色谱质谱联用法。未来可根据食用植物油中PAEs类塑化剂的污染来源进行防控,且可探究开发环保类的生物基塑化剂来替代PAEs类塑化剂。 |

| Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are the most widely used plasticizers in plastic industry, and their lipophilic nature makes them prone to contaminating edible vegetable oils. PAEs are carcinogenic and developmentally toxic, and long-term intake poses risks to human health. To promote the prevention and control of PAEs in edible vegetable oils, the sources of contamination, prevention and control methods, removal techniques, and detection techniques for PAEs in edible vegetable oils were summarized. The main sources of PAEs contamination in edible vegetable oils include oilseed contamination, manufacuring and processing contamination, and packaging contamination. For the prevention and control of PAEs contamination in edible vegetable oils, measures should focus on oilseed management, manufacturing and processing prevention and control, and packaging standardization, with emphasis on the substitution of environmentally friendly plasticizers such as citrate esters, terephthalate esters, cyclohexanedicarboxylate esters, and epoxidized vegetable oils. Physical adsorption, molecular distillation, and solvent extraction can effectively remove PAEs from edible vegetable oils. Pre-treatment methods for PAEs detection in edible vegetable oils include liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, and solid-phase microextraction, and commonly used detection methods include gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, high-performance liquid chromatography, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. In the future, prevention and control can be carried out based on the pollution sources of PAEs in edible vegetable oils, and the development of environmentally friendly bio-based plasticizers as alternatives to PAEs can be explored. |
