| 采用索氏抽提法提取降香黄檀籽油,并对其理化性质及化学成分进行分析.结果表明:降香黄檀籽油酸值(KOH)、过氧化值、皂化值(KOH)、不皂化物、碘值(Ⅰ)、折光指数(n20D)、密度(20℃)、灰分分别为3.31 mg/g、5.07 meq/kg、196.78 mg/g、1.70％、108 g/100 g、1.459 6、0.915 g/cm3、0.025％；降香黄檀籽油在紫外光UV -B(290～320 nm)及UV - C(200 ～290 nm)波段有很强的吸收,可以用于防止紫外线损伤；降香黄檀籽油主要由亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸组成,其含量分别为60.03％、17.48％及16.72％.此外,降香黄檀籽油中还含有丰富的生育酚、多酚及β-胡萝卜素,其含量分别为51.19、39.91、6.22 mg/100 g.因此,降香黄檀籽油有潜力成为一种新产品运用于食品、化妆品及医药工业. |
