The effects of microwave treatment of oilseeds on oil yield,the structural of oilseeds,main physicochemical indexes,fatty acid compositions,trace nutritional components and oxidation stability of the oil were analyzed.Microwave treatment of oilseeds could increase the oil yield,oxidation stability of the oil and the content of nutritional components.The microwave treatment of oilseeds should be widely applied. |
