| The history and current situation of production and application of marine fish oils were comprehensively reviewed.As the most important source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) and so on,marine fish oil revealed its good application prospect in the feeding,food,medicine field and so on. |
