从7株不同的小球藻中筛选到1株油脂产率较高的普通小球藻C.vulgaris No.1,研究了含氮量不同的培养基对其生长和油脂积累的影响,并用气相色谱法分析其脂肪酸组成.结果表明,高氮培养基有利于C vulgaris No.1的生长,生物量达到1.231 g/L.高氮培养基中的油脂产率最高,达到0.255 g/L,为低氮培养基中的油脂产率的2倍;SE培养基中C.vulgaris No.1的油脂积累也高于低氮培养基.气相色谱分析小球藻主要含十六碳脂肪酸和十八碳脂肪酸,总不饱和脂肪酸含量达80%左右,脂肪酸组成与植物油相似,可作为生产生物柴油的原料. |

C.vulgaris No.1 was screened from seven species of microalga Chlorella sp.for its higher oil yield productivity.Effects of medium with different nitrogen content on cell growth as well as oil accumulation of C.vulgaris No.1 were investigated,and the fatty acids composition was analyzed with gas chromatography.The results showed that the best growth of C.vulgaris No.1 was obtained with biomass of 1.231 g/L in high-nitrogen medium.The oil accumulation of C.vulgaris No.1 in high-nitrogen medium and SE medium w... |
