      柑橘籽富含油脂,且籽油具有较高的营养价值,可以作为新的植物油源加以开发.综述了近年来国内外有关柑橘籽油的化学组成、理化特性、提取工艺、精炼工艺以及营养和食疗价值等研究报道,并对柑橘籽油研究开发提出了建议,以期为我国柑橘籽油生产加工利用提供参考.
英文摘要:
      Citrus seeds contain plenty oils,and the oils can be developed as a new source of vegetable oil for its high nutritional value.Research achievements at home and abroad in recent years on chemical compositions,physicochemical properties,extraction and refining technologies,nutrition and therapy value of citrus seed oil were summarized.Some suggestions for research and development of citrus seed oil in future were put forward.
