介绍了以三级棉籽油为原料,采用冬化分提工艺制取高品质棉籽油的工艺。试验表明:采用分提工艺得到的棉籽油液体油冷冻试验可达11 h以上,完全符合一级棉籽油冷冻试验的要求;与未分提棉籽油脂肪酸组成相比,棉籽油液体油中棕榈酸降低1.81个百分点,棕榈一烯酸降低0.062 2个百分点,硬脂酸降低0.395个百分点,油酸增加0.17个百分点,亚油酸增加1.79个百分点,亚麻酸增加0.104 9个百分点;棉籽油固体脂中棕榈酸增加13.19个百分点,棕榈一烯酸降低0.210 5个百分点,硬脂酸增加1.582个百分点,油酸降低2.02个百分点,亚油酸降低10.85个百分点,亚麻酸降低0.047 6个百分点。 |

High quality cottonseed oil prepared by winterization-fraction process from the third grade cottonseed oil was introduced. The results showed that the liquid cottonseed oil obtained by winterization-fraction process was clear for more than 11 h in refrigeration test, which reached the refrigeration test requirement of the first grade conttonseed oil of national standard absolutely; comparing with the oil without fraction, palmitic acid of liquid cottonseed oil reduced by 1.81 percent, palmitoleic acid decreased by 0.062 2 percent, stearic acid declined by 0.395 percent, oleic acid increased by 0.17 percent, linoleic acid improved by 1.79 percent and linolenic acid increased by 0.104 9 percent; palmitic acid of solid cottonseed fat increased by 13.19 percent, palmitoleic acid reduced by 0.210 5 percent, stearic acid improved by 1.582 percent, oleic acid declined by 2.02 percent, linoleic acid decreased by 10.85 percent, and linolenic acid reduced by 0.047 6 percent. |
