以餐饮废油为原料,采用超声辅助碱催化法制备生物柴油,通过响应面试验探讨了温度、催化剂用量、醇油比对生物柴油转化率的影响,得到最佳制备工艺条件为:在超声功率50 W、频率28 Hz的条件下,温度62.47[KG-*8]℃,催化剂用量0.98%,反应时间30 min,醇油比7∶1(质量比)。在此条件下,生物柴油转化率为90.26%。 |

Ultrasonic-assisted alkali-catalyzed preparation of biodiesel from swill-cooked dirty oil was studied. The influences of temperature, catalyst dosage, mass ratio of methanol to oil on biodiesel conversion rate were studied by response surface methodology(RSM). The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: ultrasonic power 50 W, ultrasonic frequency 28 Hz, temperature 62.47℃, catalyst dosage 0.98%, reaction time 30 min, mass ratio of methanol to oil 7∶1. Under the optimal conditions, biodiesel conversion rate was 90.26%. |
