以β-环糊精为壁材,采用β-环糊精饱和水溶液法对柚子籽油进行微胶囊包埋。研究表明壁油比(β-环糊精质量(g)与柚子籽油体积(mL)比)、包埋时间、包埋温度对微胶囊包埋率影响程度大小为:包埋温度>包埋时间>壁油比。在单因素实验基础上通过响应面法优化,确定的最佳工艺条件为:壁油比4.5∶1,包埋时间132 min,包埋温度47℃。在最佳工艺条件下,柚子籽油的包埋率为92.18%。 |

With β-cyclodextrin as wall material, pomelo seed oil-β-cyclodextrin microcapsule was prepared by β-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution method. The effects of ratio of wall material to oil (mass of β-cyclodextrin (g) to volume of pomelo seed oil(mL)), embedding time, embedding temperature on embedding rate were studied, and the effect degree was as follows:embedding temperature>embedding time>ratio of wall material to oil. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimal process parameters were determined by response surface methodology as follows:ratio of wall material to oil 4.5∶1, embedding time 132 min, embedding temperature 47[KG-*8]℃. Under the optimal conditions, the embedding rate of pomelo seed oil was 92.18%. |
