      采用蒙脱土(MMT)为载体,通过浸渍法制备了KF/MMT固体碱催化剂,将其应用于大豆油制备生物柴油的酯交换反应中。通过XRD、FTIR、Hammett指示剂法、N2吸附-脱附、SEM等方法对KF/MMT催化剂结构进行了表征,并考察了酯交换反应条件对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明:负载的KF与载体蒙脱土之间存在相互作用,催化剂表面存在Al—O—K活性中心;以KF/MMT为催化剂,在催化剂用量4%,醇油摩尔比12∶1,反应温度65℃,反应时间2.5 h条件下,生物柴油产率达到97.4%。

      KF/MMT solid base catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using montmorillonite (MMT) as carrier, and it was applied in transesterification of soybean oil and methanol to prepare biodiesel. The KF/MMT catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Hammett indicator, nitrogen physisorption-desorption and scanning electron microscopy (SEM); the effects of reaction conditions on biodiesel yield were also investigated. The results indicated that the KF interacted with MMT and formed Al—O—K active center on the catalyst surface. The biodiesel yield of 97.4% was obtained when molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil was 12∶1, catalyst dosage was 4%, reaction temperature was 65℃ and reaction time was 2.5 h.
