选取大豆毛油、脱胶油、脱色油、脱臭油、一级油为原料,采用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(RP-HPLC-ELSD)测定5种油中的二亚油酸甘油酯(LL)、1-棕榈酸-3-亚油酸甘油酯(1-P-3-L)、二油酸甘油酯(OO)和1-棕榈酸-3-油酸甘油酯(1-P-3-O)。结果表明,4种甘油二酯色谱峰面积与其含量的线性相关系数(R2)分别为0.999 8、0.998 7、0.999 5、0.996 0,相对标准偏差和加标回收率分别为0.20%~2.00%、102.2%~104.5%。 |

With crude soybean oil,degummed oil, bleached oil, deodorizated oil and first grade oil as raw materials, the dilinoelin (LL), 1-palmitin-3-linolein(1-P-3-L), diolein (OO) and 1-palmitin-3-olein (1-P-3-O) in these oils were determined by RP-HPLC-ELSD. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the peak areas and the contents of the four diacylglycerols were 0.999 8, 0.998 7, 0.999 5, 0.996 0, respectively. The relative standard deviations and the recoveries of standard addition were 0.20%-2.00% and 102.2%-104.5%, respectively. |
