Muskmelon seed is rich in oil, and the unsaturated fatty acids content is high in muskmelon seed oil, which can be explored as a healthy oil source both for food and drug. Chemical compositions,physicochemical properties,extraction technologies and physiological activities of muskmelon seed oil at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed, and several suggestions for the research and development of muskmelon seed oil were put forward so as to provide references for the utilization and deep processing of muskmelon seed oil at home. |
