      采用单因素实验和响应面实验,以山橿籽油得率为评价指标,对超声波辅助提取山橿籽油的工艺条件进行了优化,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析了山橿籽油脂肪酸组成。结果表明:以正己烷为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶18、超声功率200 W、超声提取时间16 min条件下,山橿籽油得率为44.7%。山橿籽油脂肪酸主要成分为5-十二碳烯酸(33.66%)、十二碳酸(30.48%)、十四碳酸(15.51%)、5-十四碳烯酸(8.29%)、油酸(5.69%)、棕榈酸(1.54%),饱和脂肪酸相对含量为48.46%,不饱和脂肪酸相对含量为48.35%。

      The process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Lindera reflexa seed oil were studied by single factor experiment and response surface experiment according to the yield of Lindera reflexa seed oil and the fatty acid composition of the oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:n-hexane as the extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio 1∶18,ultrasonic power 200 W,ultrasonic time 16 min.Under these conditions,the yield of Lindera reflexa seed oil reached 44.7%.The main fatty acids of Lindera reflexa seed oil were 5-dodecenoic acid(33.66%),dodecenoic acid(30.48%),tetradecanoic acid (15.51%),5-tetradecanoic acid (8.29%),oleic acid(5.69%)and palmitic acid(1.54%).The relative contents of total saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 48.46% and 48.35%, respectively.
