腾冲红花油茶多糖体外抗氧化活性研究
Antioxidative effect of polysaccharides from Camellia reticulate cake
Polysaccharides were extracted from Camellia reticulate cake by water,and the antioxidative effects in vitro of Camellia reticulate polysaccharides were investigated. The results showed that Camellia reticulate polysaccharides had strong effect on scavenging DPPH radical,O-2 radical and OH radical,and the half clearance rates of DPPH radical,O-2 radical and OH radical were 9.35,0.95,2.85 mg/mL,respectively.
