为优化冷榨亚麻籽油冷析法脱胶工艺,在单因素实验基础上,根据Box-Benhnken中心组合实验设计原理,设计三因素三水平的响应面优化实验。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出冷榨亚麻籽油冷析法脱胶的最佳工艺条件为:冷析温度7℃,冷析时间3 h,搅拌速度25 r/min。在最佳工艺条件下,脱胶冷榨亚麻籽油中磷脂含量为0.122%。 |

To optimize the cooling isolation degumming process of cold-pressed linseed oil, the response surface methodology was designed according to the principle of Box-Benhnken central combination design based on the single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: cooling isolation temperature 7℃, cooling isolation time 3 h and stirring speed 25 r/min. Under these conditions, the phospholipid content of degummed cold-pressed linseed oil was 0.122%. |
