以醇洗法制取芝麻浓缩蛋白的副产物——芝麻糖蜜为原料,探究以乙酸乙酯为溶剂提取芝麻糖蜜中木酚素的工艺条件。通过单因素和正交试验得到优化的工艺条件为:芝麻糖蜜质量分数50%,料液比1∶〖KG-2mm〗8,振荡强度150 r/min,提取温度50℃,振荡时间45 min,静置时间10 min。在优化条件下,从5 g芝麻糖蜜(干物质)中分别提取1次和2次,木酚素平均提取量分别为6.34、6.49 mg,木酚素提取率分别为90.57%、92.71%,木酚素粗品中木酚素含量分别为5.75%、3.97%。 |

The sesame molasses was used as raw material, which was the by-product of sesame protein concentrate extracted by ethanol, and the extraction of lignans with ethyl acetate as solvent was studied. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows: mass fraction of sesame molasses 50%, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶8, oscillation intensity 150 r/min, extraction temperature 50℃, oscillation time 45 min, standing time 10 min. Under the optimal conditions, when extracted from 5 g(dry basis)of sesame molasses once and twice respectively, the average extraction amounts of lignans were 6.34, 6.49 mg respectively, extraction rates of lignans were 90.57% and 92.71% respectively, and the lignans contents of crude lignans were 5.75% and 3.97% respectively. |
