建立了凝胶渗透色谱净化-高效液相色谱法检测油茶籽油中15种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。结果表明,经该方法检测,15种PAHs在线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)均大于0.999 0,检出限在0.05~0.20 μg/kg之间,加标回收率在78.21%~95.64%范围内,标准偏差(SD)为1.39%~4.55%。该方法具有简便、准确、高效的特点,适合大批次油茶籽油中PAHs的检测。 |

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method was established to determine fifteen kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contents of oil-tea camellia seed oil. The results showed that the calibration curves of fifteen kinds of PAHs were correlated well with their contents in each linear range, and all the correlation coefficients were over 0.999 0. Meanwhile, the limit of detection, recovery of standard addition and standard deviation were in the range of 0.05-0.20 μg/kg,78.21%-95.64% and 1.39%-4.55%, respectively. The method had items of simpliness, accuracy and high efficiency, which was suitable for PAHs detection of oil-tea camellia seed oil in large quantities. |
