| 多不饱和脂肪酸是一种重要的营养物质，具有重要的生理功能和广泛的生物学功能，其在预防和治疗癌症上有着重要的作用，可以诱导细胞凋亡，并在一定程度上降低癌细胞的侵袭力，但其机制尚不明确，因而多不饱和脂肪酸的研究与应用越来越受到人们的关注。通过对多不饱和脂肪酸在癌症发生中的作用及机制的综述，以期为临床上癌症治疗提供理论依据和实践方向。 |

| Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) are important nutrients with significant physiological function and widely biological function,which play an important role in the prevention and treatment of cancer, and can induce apoptosis and reduce the invasive potential of cancer cells to a certain extent,but the mechanism is not clear.So people pay more and more attention to the research and application of PUFA.The function and mechanism of PUFA in cancer were viewed so as to provide a theoretical basis and practical direction for the treatment of cancer in clinical. |
