      在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化超声提取阴香籽油的提取工艺条件。得到阴香籽油的最佳提取工艺条件为:石油醚为提取溶剂,料液比1∶19,提取时间15 min,超声功率105 W。在最佳提取工艺条件下,阴香籽油提取率为59.51%。

      Based on the single factor experiment,the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil were obtained as follows:petroleum ether used as extraction solvent,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶19,extraction time 15 min,ultrasonic power 105 W. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil was 59.51%.
