      研究了两步法合成桐油酸缩水甘油酯的主要反应条件,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱对目标产物进行了鉴定。结果表明:40 g桐油在KOH用量为8.5 g、采用90%甲醇为溶剂反应2 h的条件下,桐油酸钾的收率达到81%;在桐油酸钾与环氧氯丙烷摩尔比1∶4、反应时间4 h的条件下,桐油酸缩水甘油酯的收率可达92%,环氧值为4.7,接近理论环氧值4.8。
英文摘要:
      The synthesis conditions of eleostearic glycidyl ester (EGE) were investigated by two-step method, and the product was confirmed by FT-IR. The results showed that the yield of eleostearic potassium could reach 81% under the conditions of tung oil 40 g, potassium hydroxide dosage 8.5 g, reaction time 2 h, with 90% methanol as solution;the yield of EGE could reach 92% and its epoxy value was 4.7 (close to the theoretical value 4.8 )when molar ratio of eleostearic potassium to epoxy chloropropane and reaction time were 1∶4 and 4 h, respectively.
