对巴西、美国、阿根廷、乌拉圭、俄罗斯及我国黑龙江省种植的大豆生长时间进行了总结,并对39份大豆样品进行检测。结果表明:我国黑龙江省大豆品相最好,百粒重最大,破碎粒和总损伤粒均较低;俄罗斯大豆与我国黑龙江省大豆相比除水分和粗脂肪含量外相差不大;巴西、美国、阿根廷、乌拉圭大豆的粗脂肪含量和粗蛋白含量虽然较高,但杂质、破碎粒和总损伤粒也同样较高。 |

The growth time of soybean planted in Brazil, the United States, Ukraine, Argentina,Russia and Heilongjiang province of China was summarized and 39 soybeans samples were tested. The results showed that the appearance and kernel weight of soybean from Heilongjiang province of China was the best, in the same time, its broken kernel and total damaged kernel were both lower; comparing with soybean from Heilongjiang province of China,soybean from Russia had little difference except the contents of water and crude fat; although the contents of fat and protein of the soybeans from Brazil, the United States, Argentina and Ukraine were higher, the impurity, broken kernel and total damaged kernel of the soybeans from above countries were higher too. |
