以废白土为吸附剂,对碱炼脱酸大豆油中残皂的脱除进行了研究。在单因素实验的基础上进行响应面优化实验设计,确定了脱皂的最佳工艺条件为:吸附温度82℃,废白土添加量0.5%,吸附时间20 min。在最佳条件下,脱皂大豆油中的残皂量为29.09 mg/kg,脱皂率达91.81%,且短时期(3 d)内存放的废白土脱皂率大于85%。 |

With waste clay as adsorbent, the removal of residual soap from alkali refined soybean oil was studied. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal conditions of removing residual soap were obtained by response surface methodology as follows: adsorption temperature 82℃, dosage of waste clay 0.5% and adsorption time 20 min. The content of residual soap and the removal rate of residual soap were 29.09 mg/kg and 91.81% under these conditions, meanwhile the removal rate of residual soap with short time (3 d) saved waste clay was over 85%. |
