      将超声波技术应用于棕榈油的酯交换反应。通过单因素试验研究了超声波功率、反应时间、醇油摩尔比、反应温度对棕榈油酯交换率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验优化得到的超声波酯交换反应参数为:超声波功率280 W,反应时间30 min,醇油摩尔比7.5∶1,反应温度55℃,此条件下的酯交换率可达95.5%。对比常规搅拌酯交换法,超声波法明显促进了酯交换反应,降低了反应温度,缩短了反应时间。

      Ultrasound was used in transesterification of palm oil. The effects of ultrasonic power, reaction time, molar ratio of methanol to oil and reaction temperature on the transesterification rate were investigated. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal ultrasound-assisted transesterification conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: ultrasonic power 280 W, reaction time 30 min, molar ratio of methanol to oil 7.5∶1 and reaction temperature 55℃.Under these conditions, the transesterification rate was 95.5%. Compared with the conventional stirring transesterification method, ultrasound-assisted method markedly promoted the transesterification in reductions of reaction temperature and reaction time.
