为实现超临界CO2萃取技术高效萃取牡丹籽油,先利用微波技术对原料进行预处理,再利用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取牡丹籽油。固定微波功率800 W,采用正交实验得到微波预处理最佳条件为:微波预处理时间40 s,原料粉碎粒度100目,原料水分含量6.2%。采用响应面法对超临界CO2萃取工艺条件进行优化分析,得到最佳工艺条件为:CO2流量25 kg/h,萃取压力33 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间100 min。在最佳条件下,牡丹籽油萃取率高达98.55%。与未经微波预处理直接进行超临界CO2萃取所得牡丹籽油相比,水分及挥发物含量降低,酸值和过氧化值升高。 |

Microwave technology was applied to pretreat peony seed, then peony seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 so as to realize efficient extraction of peony seed oil by supercritical CO2 technology. Fixing the microwave power 800 W, the optimal microwave pretreatment conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: microwave pretreatment time 40 s, particle size of peony seed powder 100 meshes, moisture content of peony seed 6.2%. The supercritical CO2 extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology as follows: flow rate of CO2 25 kg/h, extraction pressure 33 MPa, extraction temperature 40℃, extraction time 100 min. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of peony seed oil reached 9855%. Compared with the peony seed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 without microwave pretreatment, the moisture and volatile matter content of the peony seed oil extracted by micromave pretreatment-supercritical CO2 reduced, while the acid value and peroxide value increased. |
