Medium-chain triglycerides are a kind of modified product of natural oil. Due to its quick digestion and absorption and easy release of energy, medium-chain triglycerides are widely applied in nutrition, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, etc. The physicochemical property and preparation method of medium-chain triglycerides were reviewed so as to provide a reference for the further study on its efficient synthesis and industrial production. |
