      阿魏酸与十二醇在钛酸四乙酯催化下合成阿魏酸十二烷基酯,并用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化了产品。通过正交实验确定了最佳的合成条件:酸醇摩尔比1∶5,反应温度140℃,反应时间10 h,催化剂用量4%;在最佳条件下,阿魏酸十二烷基酯的产率为81.8%,纯度为90%。DPPH法评价结果表明阿魏酸十二烷基酯具有良好的DPPH自由基清除能力;Schaal烘箱法评价结果表明其用量在0.04%时对胡麻油具有较好的抗氧化作用。
英文摘要:
      Dodecyl ferulate was synthesized by ferulic acid and dodecyl alcohol using tetraethyl titanate as catalyst, and the product was purified by macroporous adsorption resin. The optimal synthesis conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows:molar ratio of ferulic acid to dodecyl alcohol 1∶5, reaction temperature 140℃, reaction time 10 h, catalyst dosage 4%. Under these conditions, the yield and purity of dodecyl ferulate were 81.8% and 90% respectively. The evaluation result of DPPH method showed that dodecyl ferulate exhibited good DPPH free radical scavenging activity. The evaluation result of Schaal oven-storage method indicated that dodecyl ferulate had better antioxidant effect on siritch at the dose of 0.04%.
