The main components and function of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were introduced, including anti-inflammatory, cholesterol lowering and blood viscosity lowering, etc. The extraction methods of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were presented, including boiling method, dilute alkali hydrolysis method,enzymatic hydrolysis method, supercritical fluid extraction method, etc.The extraction methods of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were summerized, including low temperature enrichment method and urea adduction fractionation, so as to provide references for rational utilization of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil in future. |
