      介绍了甲鱼油的主要成分及其在抗炎、降低体内胆固醇和降低血黏度等方面的功效,并介绍了甲鱼油的提取方法,包括蒸煮法、稀碱水解法、酶解法和超临界流体萃取法等。综述了甲鱼油中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的提取方法,包括低温富集法和尿素包合法。以期为今后甲鱼油的合理利用提供参考。

      The main components and function of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were introduced, including anti-inflammatory, cholesterol lowering and blood viscosity lowering, etc. The extraction methods of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were presented, including boiling method, dilute alkali hydrolysis method,enzymatic hydrolysis method, supercritical fluid extraction method, etc.The extraction methods of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil were summerized, including low temperature enrichment method and urea adduction fractionation, so as to provide references for rational utilization of Chinese soft-shelled turtle oil in future.
