| 介绍了一种目前应用于生物柴油连续化生产的典型工艺——水解固定化床酸化法。水解固定化床酸化法包括熔油、前处理、脱胶、脱色、连续水解、脂肪酸蒸馏、甜水浓缩、酯化、甲醇回收、甲酯脱酸和甾醇制取工段，具有原料适应性广、产品质量稳定、产品收率92%以上、废水废气排放量少、可同时生产脂肪酸和高附加值产品等特点。该工艺虽然综合能耗相对较高，但若算上高附加值产品，则综合产品成本显著降低。 |

| A typical process of biodiesel production was introduced, which was hydrolysis and immobilized bed acidification method. Hydrolysis and immobilized bed acidification method included the workshop sections of oil melt, pretreatment, degumming, bleaching, continuous hydrolysis, fatty acid distillation, sweet water concentration, esterification, methanol recovery, methyl ester deacidification and preparation of sterol. The method had the items of wide adaptability of raw materials, stable product quality, product yield above 92%, less emissions of waste water and waste gas, simultaneous productions of fatty acid and high value-added products. The comprehensive energy consumption of the method was relatively higher, but the integrated product costs significantly decreased if considering high value-added products. |
