通过对GB/T 22110—2008色谱运行条件进行调整,将柱温初始温度由60℃调高至115℃,保留时间由5 min缩短至1 min;阶段1升温速率由5℃/min加快至10℃/min;增加1个阶段,即采取10℃/min的升温速率由165℃升高至185℃;并将最后1个阶段运行时间由17 min缩短为5 min。通过缩短各组分间空白运行时间后,色谱运行时间由74 min缩短为35 min,图谱的分离度、基线、峰形都较好。重复性符合GB/T 22110—2008中“同一样品平行测定结果之差不得超过算数平均值的10%”的要求。时间缩短后,极大地提高了检测效率。 |

By adjusting the chromatographic running condition in GB/T 22110—2008, the initial temperature of chromatographic column was adjusted from 60℃ to 115℃, and the retention time reduced from 5 min to 1 min; the heating-up rate of stage 1 adjusted from 5℃/min to 10℃/min; one stage was added, from 165℃ to 185℃ with heating-up rate of 10℃/min; and the running time of last stage shortened from 17 min to 5 min. By shortening the gap running time of each component, the chromatographic running time shortened from 74 min to 35 min, and the resolution, baseline and peak profile of the chromatogram were better. The repeatability was accord with the requirements of GB/T 22110—2008, that was“the difference of the parallel determination results of the same sample should not exceed 10% of the arithmetic average value”. After time shortened, the detection efficiency was greatly improved. |
