介绍了油茶籽化妆品基础油的概念,研究了脱胶工艺对油茶籽化妆品基础油微营养成分、磷含量、色泽、酸值、过氧化值和得率的影响。通过对脱胶工艺的研究并进行脱胶验证实验,以及在对应条件下进行脱色验证实验,得出油茶籽化妆品基础油合适的脱胶工艺条件为柠檬酸质量分数48%~52%、50%柠檬酸用量0.28%~0.32%、脱胶反应时间150~180 min、脱胶反应温度55~60?℃,在此条件下油茶籽化妆品脱胶油总酚、维生素E、角鲨烯、甾醇含量较高,磷含量、酸值和过氧化值较低,色泽较好,得率较高。 |

The conception of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil was introduced,and the effects of degumming process on the micronutrients,phosphorus content,color,acid value,peroxide value and yield of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil were studied.Through studies on degumming process,degumming and bleaching verification experiments,the suitable degumming process of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil was obtained as follows:mass fraction of citric acid 48%-52%,dosage of citric acid 0.28%-0.32%,degumming time 150-180 min and degumming temperature 55-60?℃.Under these conditions,the contents of total phenols,vitamin E,squalene and sterol in degummed oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics oil were higher,while the contents of phosphorus,acid value and peroxide value were lower,the color was better and the yield was higher. |
