油脂加工厂在皂脚酸化后产生了高含油含盐废水,此类废水由于硫酸根、油及悬浮物等含量很高,很难用气浮和生化组合工艺处理达标。介绍了皂脚酸化废水性质,采用超滤+纳滤+反渗透工艺,将酸化废水中油和皂脚有效回收利用,同时回用了废水中强酸性的硫酸盐浓液,不需再进行生化处理,出水能稳定达到《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB/T 50335—2002)再生水回用标准。 |

Acidification wastewater with high contents of oil and salt is produced after soapstock acidizing in oil processing plant. The contents of sulfuric acid root, oil and suspended matter in the wastewater are high, and it is difficult to meet the standard by air flotation and biochemical combination process. The property of soapstock acidification wastewater was introduced. The oil,soapstock and acidity sulfate in the wastewater were reused by ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process, and there was no need for biochemical treatment. The effluent could meet the reclaimed water reuse standards of Code for designing of wastewater reclamation and reuse(GB/T 50335—2002). |
