运用均匀设计法研究桐酸与马来酸酐合成桐马酸酐的主要影响因素并优化工艺条件。结果表明:桐酸与马来酸酐合成桐马酸酐的最优工艺条件为原料摩尔比n(桐酸)∶?n(马来酸酐)=1∶?0.3、反应时间2.8 h、反应温度140?℃,在最优工艺条件下合成的产物中游离酸酐含量为0549%;各合成因素对游离酸酐含量的影响顺序为原料摩尔比>反应温度>反应时间。研究结果为以桐酸为原料的桐油下游产品开发奠定科学基础。 |

With eleostearic acid and maleic anhydride as raw materials, the synthesis process of eleostearate maleic anhydride was studied by uniform design and the major effect factors were explored. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of eleostearic acid to maleic anhydride 1∶?0.3, reaction time 2.8 h, reaction temperature 140?℃. Under these conditions, the content of free anhydride in the product was 0.549%. The significance of the effects of the factors on the free anhydride content decreased in the order: raw material molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time. The research could provide scientific basis for developing downstream products of tung oil with eleostearic acid as row material. |
