对超声辅助提取大鲵肝脏油脂进行了研究,并用气相色谱对其脂肪酸组成进行分析。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到超声辅助提取大鲵肝脏油脂的最佳条件为正己烷-异丙醇(体积比1∶?1)为提取溶剂,超声功率500 W,液料比10∶?1,提取时间30 min,提取温度50?℃,在该提取条件下,大鲵肝脏油脂的提取率为90.86%。大鲵肝脏油脂中主要含12种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)占3395%,不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)占66.05%,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)占31.37%,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)占34.68%,UFA与SFA比值为1.95,ω-6型PUFA占27.29%,ω-3型PUFA占7.39%,ω-6型PUFA与ω-3型PUFA比值为3.69,表明大鲵肝脏具有较高的营养价值和脂质开发潜力。 |

The ultrasound-assisted extraction of oil from Andrias davidianus liver was studied and the fatty acid composition of the oil was analyzed by gas chromatography. The optimal conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of oil from Andrias davidianus liver were obtained as follows: with hexane-isopropanol (volume ratio 1∶?1) as extraction solvent, ultrasonic power 500 W, ratio of liquid to material 10∶?1, extraction time 30 min and extraction temperature 50?℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 90.86%. There were 12 kinds of fatty acids in Andrias davidianus liver oil. The contents of saturated fatty acids (SFA), unsaturated fatty acids(UFA), monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA), polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA), ω-6 PUFA and ω-3 PUFA were 33.95%, 66.05%, 31.37%, 34.68%, 27.29% and 7.39% respectively. The ratios of UFA to SFA and ω-6 PUFA to ω-3 PUFA were 1.95 and 3.69 respectively. The results indicated that Andrias davidianus liver had a high nutritional value and considerable potential for oil exploitation. |
