脱色是瓜蒌籽油精炼过程中比较难处理的环节。选用活性白土对瓜蒌籽油进行脱色,测定了瓜蒌籽油的脱色率,并探讨了不同脱色工艺对瓜蒌籽油脱色率的影响。结果表明,采用磷脂酶脱胶-脱酸-脱色工艺脱色效果较理想。通过单因素实验确定了最佳工艺条件为:活性白土用量14 g/100 g,脱色温度95?℃,脱色时间20 min。在最佳工艺条件下瓜蒌籽油脱色率达到98.5%。 |

Bleaching is a difficult link in the process of refining of trichosanthes seed oil. The trichosanthes seed oil was bleached using activated clay. The bleaching rate of trichosanthes seed oil was measured, and the effects of different bleaching processes on the bleaching rate were also discussed. The results showed that the effect of phospholipase degumming-deacidification-bleaching process was ideal. The optimal bleaching conditions were obtained by single factor experiment as follows: dosage of activated clay 14 g/100 g, bleaching temperature 95?℃ and bleaching time 20 min. Under these conditions,the bleaching rate reached 98.5%. |
