      简要介绍了食用植物油中氮气含量定量检测装置及方法。通过该检测装置可测定出不同种类食用植物油在8~35?℃的饱和氮气含量,以饱和氮气含量为基础数据,可测定出不同油品的实际氮气含量及充氮率。探明了温度对油品中氮气含量的影响,建议适宜的充氮温度为15~20?℃,并得出成品食用植物油在货架期内油瓶不变形的最低充氮率为75%,为食用植物油工业生产提供指导。
英文摘要:
      Quantitative detection device and method for nitrogen content in edible vegetable oil were briefly introduced. The saturated nitrogen content in different kinds of edible vegetable oils at 8-35?℃ could be determined by the detection device. Based on the data of saturated nitrogen content, the actual nitrogen content and filling nitrogen rate of different edible vegetable oils could be determined. The effect of temperature on nitrogen content in oil was studied, suggesting that the appropriate temperature of filling nitrogen was 15-20?℃, and the lowest filling nitrogen rate of the finished edible vegetable oil was 75% to avoid deformation of oil bottle during shelf life. These parameters could provide guidance for industrial production of edible vegetable oil.
