      近红外光谱作为一种无损、快速的新型检测技术,在食品品质检测方面的研究已相当广泛。就近红外光谱技术在食用油种类鉴别、掺伪掺假鉴别、理化指标定量分析及产地溯源等方面的应用进行了综述。探讨了近红外光谱技术在食用油快速检测领域中的应用优势及发展前景。

      As a rapid, nondestructive new testing technology, near infrared spectroscopy technology is increasingly widely used in food quality testing. The application of near infrared spectroscopy in classification detection, adulteration detection, quantitative analysis of physical and chemical indicators and geographical origin traceability of edible oils were reviewed. The application advantages and development prospect of near infrared spectroscopy technology in the rapid determination field of edible oils were discussed.
