The physical pressing process of oil-tea camellia seed, debugging process of the main equipment and treatment of crude oil were discussed. The process was verified by 30 t/d prepressing production line of oil-tea camellia seed practice, and it achieved the desired design effect. The indicators met the design requirements: treatment capacity of oil-tea camellia seed greater than or equal to 30 t/d, kernel content in shell less than or equal to 1.0%, residual oil content in cake below 6.0%, acid value of crude oil 3.26 mgKOH/g and color of crude oil Y35 R3.6(25.4 mm groove). |
