黄酮类化合物是植物体内常见的天然多酚抗氧化剂,在预防心血管疾病、调节免疫、防癌抗癌、调节内分泌系统、抑菌、抗病毒等方面有显著功效。综述了我国主要油料作物大豆、花生、油菜籽中黄酮类化合物的组成、结构和理化性质。重点介绍了有机溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、超临界流体萃取法等技术在黄酮类化合物提取中的应用,并对其研究现状、提取原理和优缺点进行了评析,旨在为油料作物中黄酮类化合物的进一步开发利用提供参考。 |

Flavonoids are natural polyphenol antioxidants in plants, which have significant effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, immune regulation, anti-cancer, regulation of endocrine system, antibacterial, anti-virus, etc. The composition, structure and physicochemical property of flavonoids in main oil plants such as soybean, peanut and rapeseed in China were summarized. The applications of some extraction methods in flavonoids extraction were introduced emphatically, such as organic solvent extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical fluid extraction. And its research status, extraction principle, advantage and disadvantage were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the further study and application of flavonoids in oil plants. |
