      采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用分析方法对火麻仁油甘油三酯结构进行定性和定量分析。火麻仁油经色谱分离后得到15个色谱峰,色谱峰分离度良好。通过对火麻仁油各甘油三酯准分子离子和失去1个脂肪酸的碎片离子分析,共鉴定出22种甘油三酯。同时,定量分析的结果发现压榨法、水酶法制取的火麻仁油中含量最高的甘油三酯是LLnLn,分别占19.86%、20.81%,其次为LLLn(19.72%、19.39%)、PLLn(12.87%、12.41%)和LLL+OLLn(10.82%、10.33%),这些主要甘油三酯占火麻仁油甘油三酯60%以上。为火麻仁油加工及品质分析提供基础数据支撑。

      Triglycerides structure of hemp seed oil was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS). 15 chromatographic peaks were separated in hemp seed oil, and the separation degree was satisfied. Through analyzing quasi-molecular ion and fragment ions losing a fatty acid, 22 triglycerides were identified in hemp seed oil. At the same time, the quantitative analysis results showed that the highest triglyceride content in hemp seed oil obtained by pressing and aqueous enzymatic extraction was LLnLn (19.86% and 20.81%), followed by LLLn (19.72% and 19.39%), PLLn (12.87% and 12.41%) and LLL +OLLn (10.82% and 10.33%), and the major part accounted for over 60% of the hemp seed oil triglycerides. This study offered a theoretical basis for the processing and quality analysis of hemp seed oil.
