      由于日益增长的环境意识,新型环境友好材料成为研究热点。大豆蛋白膜以其良好的生物降解性和阻隔性逐渐成为合适的石油基高分子材料替代品之一。对大豆蛋白复合膜的种类、制备方法和影响因素进行了综述,以期为大豆蛋白复合材料的深入研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      As a result of the growing environmental awareness, new environmental friendly materials become a hot research topic. With good biodegradability and barrier properties,soybean protein films become one of the suitable substitutes for petroleum based high polymer materials. The types, preparation methods and affecting factors of soybean protein composite films were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research on soybean protein composite material.
