      为了充分利用萝卜籽皮,对萝卜籽皮的成分进行了分析。结果表明:萝卜籽皮的水分含量为(11.38±0.04)%,粗蛋白质含量为(19.86±0.28)%,粗脂肪含量为(3.19±0.13)%,灰分含量为(4.81±0.14)%,不溶性膳食纤维含量为(40.56±0.82)%,还原糖含量为(5.62±0.27)%,多糖含量为(11.35±0.05)%,总酚含量为(1.04±0.01)%,其中原花青素约占总酚含量的86%。该研究为萝卜籽皮的进一步开发和利用提供了基础依据。

      In order to sufficiently utilize radish seed peel, the components in radish seed peel were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of water, crude protein, crude fat, ash, insoluble dietary fiber, reducing sugar, polysaccharide and total phenol in radish seed peel were (11.38±0.04)%, (1986±0.28)%, (3.19±0.13)%, (4.81±0.14)%, (40.56±0.82)%, (5.62 ±0.27)%, (11.35±0.05)% and (1.04±0.01)% respectively, in which procyanidin accounted for 86% of total phenol. The study could provide foundation for further development and utilization of radish seed peel.
