      采用超临界CO2萃取法从甲鱼四肢根部脂肪块中萃取甲鱼油。运用单因素试验及正交试验优化甲鱼油萃取工艺,并对甲鱼油理化指标及脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:最佳萃取工艺条件为萃取压力45 MPa、萃取温度55?℃、萃取时间5 h,在此工艺条件下,甲鱼油萃取率为96.42%;所得甲鱼油理化指标符合粗鱼油行业一级标准;甲鱼油含33种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达79.97%。
英文摘要:
      Supercritical CO2 extraction was used to extract the oil from the fat of limbs of the soft shelled turtle. The extraction conditions of turtle oil were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and the physicochemical indexes and fatty acid composition of turtle oil were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 45 MPa, extraction temperature 55?℃ and extraction time 5 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of turtle oil was 96.42%, and the physicochemical indexes of turtle oil met the industrial standard of first grade crude fish oil. In addition, turtle oil contained 33 kinds of fatty acids, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid was as high as 79.97%.
